Amos’ Bow is a 5-star weapon that was first released alongside Ganyu’s first banner. Seen as her signature weapon, this bow is ATK heavy and suited for those who play the role of the main DPS. However, since this is a banner exclusive item, the chances of obtaining Amos’ Bow depend heavily on reruns. One of which is taking place right now.

What can Amos’ Bow do?
At level 90, much like most 5-star weapons, Amos’ Bow has a base ATK of 608. Its secondary ATK stat provides up to 49.6% ATK.
The weapon effect increased Normal ATK and Charged ATK damage by 12%. After a shot has been fired, DMG dealt is further increased by 8% every 0.1s the arrow is in the air. This can happen up to 5 times.
Who can use Amos’ Bow?
Being an ATK heavy weapon, Amos’ Bow can be utilized by any character since even its weapon effect is easily activated. However, even then, every character has their own needs which is why we’ll be going over a list of characters that truly benefit from this bow.
Amos’ Bow is Ganyu‘s signature weapon and for a reason. Since she depends on her charged shot, with Amos’ bow, her overall DMG is increased significantly. Paired with a 4-piece Blizzard Strayer, she’ll not only have enough ATK but also Crit DMG/Rate to constantly deal high numbers.
Aloy is a character that people tend to forget or just not talk about a lot. But since she’s a free and readily available 5-star, it doesn’t hurt to see how you can maximise her damage. And much like Ganyu, she also benefits from this weapon as she scales on ATK.
Amos’ Bow is a great weapon to have, especially if you have Ganyu in your team. It’s an ATK heavy weapon and will increase your bow characters overall DPS potential.
However, the one thing when rolling for this weapon you have to look at is the other 5-star available in the weapon’s banner. Currently, you have it paired with the Vortex Vanquisher which isn’t the weapon polearm in the game. But if you have the funds to spare, then going for this weapon isn’t bad choice. Especially if you’re able to get copies because while R0 Amos’ Bow is strong, it only gets better with more refinement levels.
