What can the Primordial Jade Winged Spear do?
With a base ATK of 674 at level 90, the Primordial Jade Winged Spear has a Crit Rate substat. At level 90, it gives characters a Crit Rate of 22.1%.
When in use, with every hit, the polearm increases a character’s ATKby 3.2% for 6 seconds. This effect can have a maximum of seven stacks and can only occur every 0.3 seconds. When a character has the maximum number of stacks, DMG dealt is increased by 12%.
Who can use the Primordial Jade Winged Spear?
It is best to keep in mind that to activate the Primordial Jade Winged Spear’s weapon effect, the character equipped with it needs to be on field. Because of that, this polearm is best suited for your main DPS.
Xiao

Meant to be a main DPS, Xiao can pack a punch with his attacks, especially his elemental burst. When ascended, he also gains a good amount to Crit Rate. So, while the Primordial Jade Winged Spear may not have the highest Crit Rate, Xiao can make up for it by simply being ascended. At level 90, he gains a Crit Rate of 19.2%. Due to this, the Primordial Jade Winged Spear is his best-in-slot weapon.
Not only will it give him a decent ATK percentage but also increase his damage with every hit.
Hu Tao

As of now, Hu Tao‘s best in-slot weapon is the Staff of Homa. However, if you managed to roll a Primordial Jade Winged Spear instead, there’s no need to despair. A decent replacement for the Staff of Homa, this polearm is a good addition to the team no matter the kind of build you’re running Hu Tao on.
Xiangling

While most people prefer to use Xiangling as a support due to her elemental skills, that doesn’t mean she can’t take on the DPS role. Due to the weapon effect, she’ll definitely benefit a lot damage-wise with this polearm.
Raiden Shogun

Build-wise, the Raiden Shogun really benefits from weapons like The Catch and Engulfing Lightning. But if you haven’t been able to get your hands on either (fishing can really be a pain), the Primordial Spear is a good replacement. Just remember to get enough ER through your Raiden’s artifacts.
Conclusion
When it comes to rolling for the Primordial Jade Winged Spear, you first have to check how you use polearm characters. If you really want to make the most of this weapon, you want to equipt it on your main DPS or your sub-DPS. If not then this weapon may not be for you.
