How to find Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of the Overseer Network?
The new boss can be found in the southern part of Hypostyle Desert. Use the teleport waypoint directly located at the right of Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of the Overseer Network.
Upon arriving, a ruin can be seen standing across the waypoint. A staircase will welcome your presence and lead you towards the boss area where it resides.
An invisible automaton sits at the center of the area, waiting for its prey to come. It will soon, reveal itself as soon as you enter the arena.
How do you defeat it?
This new Sumeru Boss makes use of laser and missile attacks while deploying machine parts that can be hostile as they come online.
At the beginning of the fight, the Tomb Guard of the Desert King will unleash a large hexagonal area of lasers. Stay out of it and immediately run behind it, as it will be followed by two intersecting lasers that will travel forward, dealing physical damage to anything caught in its path.
Thereafter, it will turn into its invisible state and will summon two types of smaller machines on its behalf. These can either be repulsors, reshapers, or prospector. The matrix will enter its recovery state once either one of these is destroyed. With that being said, there is no need to finish four of these. Focus on one part only, but be mindful of external attacks from the rest of these parts. It is advisable to bring a shielder like Zhongli, Noelle or Diona so you would only have to focus on destroying it without worry.
Once destroyed, it will attempt to recover. Switch to any electro unit and apply this element to paralyze the matrix.
The Algorithm of the Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network will undergo paralysis for a few seconds. This gives you ample time to release all your attacks and chains of combos with high hopes of ultimately finishing him off before it could turn invisible again. It is also worth knowing that its resistance is decreased after entering its overclocked state.
