Normal Attack
Taking aim at targets using Monsieur Verite, her custom Kamera, Charlotte performs up to 3 consecutive attacks, dealing Cryo DMG.

Charged Attack
Consumes a fixed amount of Stamina, and after a moment’s preparation, will deploy Monsieur Verite to deal AoE Cryo DMG.

Plunging Attack
Gathering the power of Cryo, Charlotte plunges toward the ground, dealing DMG to all opponents in her path and dealing AoE Cryo DMG upon landing.

Arkhe: Pneuma
At certain intervals, upon using a Charged Attack, Charlotte will cause a Spiritbreath Thorn to descend and pierce opponents, dealing Pneuma-aligned AoE Cryo DMG.

Using the keen instincts of an ace reporter, Charlotte uses her photography skills to produce different effects based on whether the ability is Tapped or Held.

Tap
Takes a snapshot using Monsieur Verite, dealing AoE Cryo DMG to opponents in front of her and applying Snappy Silhouette to a maximum of 5 opponents. During this effect’s duration, it will deal Cryo DMG to affected opponents at intervals.

Hold
Popping Monsieur Verite’s viewfinder open, Charlotte enters Composition Mode, and during this time, the viewfinder will expand as you hold until you reach a Finisher Frame state. In this state, Charlotte can move and change direction freely.
When the hold state ends, Monsieur Verite will deal Cryo DMG to all opponents locked on within the viewfinder, and apply the same Snappy Silhouette as Tap Mode does to them. If you unleash this ability only after reaching Finisher Frame, you will instead apply Focused Impression, which lasts longer and deals more DMG, although the Skill CD will be longer.
Composition Mode lasts a maximum of 15s and allows a maximum of 5 opponents to be selected.

Condensing ice to create The Steambird’s signature, Charlotte creates a Newsflash Field that will deal AoE Cryo DMG and restores HP for all nearby party members based on Charlotte’s ATK.

While the ability is active, Monsieur Verite will deal Cryo DMG at intervals to opponents within its AoE.
Will continuously restore HP to active character(s) within its AoE based on Charlotte’s ATK.

1) Prototype Amber (ATK: 510 • HP: 41.3%)
[Refinement 5] Using an Elemental Burst regenerates 6 Energy every 2s for 6s. All party members will regenerate 6% HP every 2s for this duration.

2) Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers (ATK: 401 • HP: 35.2%)
[Refinement 5] When switching characters, the new character taking the field has their ATK increased by 48% for 10s. This effect can only occur once every 20s.

3) Oathsworn Eye (ATK: 565 • ATK: 27.6%)
[Refinement 5] Increases Energy Recharge by 48% for 10s after using an Elemental Skill.

4) Fruit of Fulfillment (ATK: 510 • Energy Recharge: 45.9%)
[Refinement 5] Obtain the “Wax and Wane” effect after an Elemental Reaction is triggered, gaining 36 Elemental Mastery while losing 5% ATK. For every 0.3s, 1 stack of Wax and Wane can be gained. Max 5 stacks. For every 6s that go by without an Elemental Reaction being triggered, 1 stack will be lost. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field.

5) Ballad of the Boundless Blue (ATK: 565 • Energy Recharge: 30.6%)
[Refinement 5] Within 6s after Normal or Charged Attacks hit an opponent, Normal Attack DMG will be increased by 16% and Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 12%. Max 3 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s.

1) Noblesse Oblige
2-Piece Bonus: Elemental Burst DMG +20%
4-Piece Bonus: Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

2) Ocean-Hued Clam
2-Piece Bonus: Healing Bonus +15%.
4-Piece Bonus: When the character equipping this artifact set heals a character in the party, a Sea-Dyed Foam will appear for 3 seconds, accumulating the amount of HP recovered from healing (including overflow healing).
At the end of the duration, the Sea-Dyed Foam will explode, dealing DMG to nearby opponents based on 90% of the accumulated healing.
(This DMG is calculated similarly to Reactions such as Electro-Charged, and Superconduct, but it is not affected by Elemental Mastery, Character Levels, or Reaction DMG Bonuses).
Only one Sea-Dyed Foam can be produced every 3.5 seconds.
Each Sea-Dyed Foam can accumulate up to 30,000 HP (including overflow healing).
There can be no more than one Sea-Dyed Foam active at any given time.
This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using this artifact set is not on the field.

4-Piece Bonus: When a character attacks an opponent affected by Cryo, their CRIT Rate is increased by 20%. If the opponent is Frozen, CRIT Rate is increased by an additional 20%.
