Collei is a Dendro character who can deal constant damage off-field. When casting her Elemental Skill, Collei throws out a Floral Ring, dealing Dendro DMG to targets it comes into contact with. She can also deal continuous Dendro DMG to enemies within the zone created by her Elemental Burst.
This guide is based on the Community Character Builds by the Genshin Helper Team.

Constellations

Best Constellations: C1, C2 & C4
C1: Deepwood Patrol
When in the party and not on the field, Collei’s Energy Recharge is increased by 20%.
C2: Through Hill and Copse
The Passive Talent Floral Sidewinder is changed to this:
The Floral Ring will grant the character the Sprout effect from Floral Sidewinder upon return, dealing 40% of Collei’s ATK as Dendro DMG to nearby opponents for 3s.
From the moment of using Floral Brush to the moment when this instance of Sprout effect ends, if any of your party members triggers Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Sprout effect will be extended by 3s.
The Sprout effect can only be extended this way once. If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed.
Requires you to have unlocked the Floral Sidewinder Passive Talent.
C3: Scent of Summer
Increases the Level of Floral Brush by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C4: Gift of the Woods
Using Trump-Card Kitty will increase all nearby characters’ Elemental Mastery by 60 for 12s (not including Collei herself).
C5: All Embers
Increases the Level of Trump-Card Kitty by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C6: Forest of Falling Arrows
When the Floral Ring hits, it will create a miniature Cuilein-Anbar that will deal 200% of Collei’s ATK as Dendro DMG.
Each Floral Brush can only create one such miniature Cuilein-Anbar.
Recommended Weapons
- Elegy for the End (5☆)
- Polar Star (5☆)*
- Sacrificial Bow (4☆) [R4+]*
- Favonius Warbow (4☆)

1) Elegy for the End (ATK: 608 • Energy Recharge: 55.1%)
[Refinement 1] A part of the “Millennial Movement” that wanders amidst the winds.
Increases Elemental Mastery by 60.
When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field.
When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the “Millennial Movement: Farewell Song” effect for 12s.
“Millennial Movement: Farewell Song” increases Elemental Mastery by 100 and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s.
Of the many effects of the “Millennial Movement,” buffs of the same type will not stack.

2) Polar Star (ATK: 608 • Crit Rate: 33.1%)
[Refinement 1] Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 12%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be gained for 12s. When 1/2/3/4 stacks of Ashen Nightstar are present, ATK is increased by 10/20/30/48%. The stack of Ashen Nightstar created by the Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst will be counted independently of the others.
Note: While this weapon provides the highest personal damage, it is generally not recommended as team buffs provide more teamwide damage over a small increase in personal damage.

3) Sacrificial Bow (ATK: 565 • Energy Recharge: 30.6%)
[Refinement 5] After dealing damage to an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 80% chance to end its own CD. Can only occur once every 16s.
Note: Not recommended below [R4] due to it delaying rotation, possibly resulting in damage loss.

4) Favonius Warbow (ATK: 454 • Energy Recharge: 61.3%)
[Refinement 5] CRIT hits have a 100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 6s.
Recommended Artifacts
- Deepwood Memories (4)
- Noblesse Oblige (4)
- Tenacity of the Millelith (4)*
- Instructor (4)
- Gilded Dreams (4)*
- The Exile (4)*

1) 4-Pc Deepwood Memories
2-Piece Bonus: Dendro DMG Bonus +15%
4-Piece Bonus: After Elemental Skills or Bursts hit opponents, the targets’ Dendro RES will be decreased by 30% for 8s. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is not on the field.

2) 4-Pc Noblesse Oblige
2-Piece Bonus: Elemental Burst DMG +20%
4-Piece Bonus: Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

3) 4-Pc Tenacity of the Millelith
2-Piece Bonus: HP +20%
4-Piece Bonus: When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the ATK of all nearby party members is increased by 20% and their Shield Strength is increased by 30% for 3s. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s. This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using this artifact set is not on the field.
Note: Collei’s Sprout damage counts as Skill damage, which allows her to be able to keep Tenacity of the Millelith (4) up during important damage windows. Generally an alternative to Noblesse Oblige (4) or Deepwood Memories (4) (or if you are already running both in a team).

4) 4-Pc Instructor
2-Piece Bonus: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
4-Piece Bonus: Upon triggering an Elemental Reaction, increases all party members’ Elemental Mastery by 120 for 8s.

5) Gilded Dreams
2-Piece Bonus: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
4-Piece Bonus: Within 8s of triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character equipping this will obtain buffs based on the Elemental Type of the other party members. ATK is increased by 14% for each party member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, and Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for every party member with a different Elemental Type. Each of the aforementioned buffs will count up to 3 characters. This effect can be triggered once every 8s. The character who equips this can still trigger its effects when not on the field.
Note: This set is only used in a team where Collei is used to trigger reactions (i.e. Bloom/Burning teams) and does not benefit Collei if she is used as an aura.

6) The Exile
2-Piece Bonus: Energy Recharge +20%
4-Piece Bonus: Using an Elemental Burst regenerates 2 Energy for all party members (excluding the wearer) every 2s for 6s. This effect cannot stack.
Note: An alternative option if they are placed in the same team as Cyno to help his Energy Recharge needs.
