Fantastical Floating Ball Puzzle in Salacia Plain

The underwater dome in Salacia Plain is protecting a Precious Chest and a Hydroculus. Unlike the usual Pneumousia Relay puzzle, this time, you need to complete a Fantastical Ball puzzle.

How to Unlock The Barrier in Genshin Impact Salacia Plain’s Underwater Dome

➥ Teleport to Salacia Plain underwater waypoint (right beside the writing) and swim west until you see a dome with a red barrier. The puzzle you need to solve here is a Fantastical Floating Ball puzzle. You can see a thin blue line that is connecting the mechanisms near the red barrier to 2 Floating Balls.

➥ For the first Fantastical Floating Ball on the north of the dome, there are 2 steps to solve it. First, use your [Left-Click Mouse] to hit the crystal and change the blue color to orange. The water pressure will push the ball forward.

➥ Then, use Armored Crab’s ability to destroy the rock at the bottom (You can find Armored Crab at the top of the dome, or anywhere near it). The water pressure at the bottom will pull the Floating Ball toward the ring.

➥ The second Floating Ball is much easier to complete. Go to the south (from the dome) towards the Floating Ball and create a shield with the Armored Crab’s ability. Then, position yourself on top of the ring to block the water pressure at the top. This will cause the Floating Ball to go upwards and into the ring.

➥ Now that the two puzzles are completed, go back to the dome and interact with the 2 mechanisms near the barrier to remove the seal and you can enter the dome to get the Precious Chest and a Hydroculus.

➥ After the puzzle is completed, you can see a bubble teleport on top of that dome. You can use it to reach the top of Opera Epiclese tower and get the Hydroculus on top of it.
