Gameplay Details
1) Choose Your Opponents

➥ You must challenge opponents in Feast of the Solemn Departed Domain. Starting on the first day of the event, a new challenge will unlock every 2 days until the 7th day, by which all the challenges will have been unlocked.
2) Set the Difficulty

➥ First thing first, you can change your Score Multiplier by choosing your challenge difficulty. However, your opponents’ special traits will also change according to the challenge difficulty.

➥ Once you choose your Score Multiplier, choose the combat conditions below the Difficulty Multiplier. It will affect the total points you see highlighted in the yellow box at the bottom. Before choosing the conditions, make sure to read it carefully or you will have a hard time in the domain. The maximum points you need to have to get all the rewards are 6000 Points.
3) Obtain Buffs (Tempo)

➥ Lastly, choose up to 3 Tempos (buffs for your team) in each challenge to strengthen yourself according to your opponent’s specialties. Again, please read and choose the buffs that benefit your team.
➥ Extra: You can invite a maximum of one other player to do the challenge in Co-Op Mode. The results of the challenge will be recorded for both players.
4) Create Your Team

➥ There are no trial characters so you need to use your own teams. Make sure to check their weapons/artifacts first in case you swap them to other characters (which I do all the time).
Challenges Guides
1) Descaling: Thundering Grief

➥ For the Score Multiplier, I suggest going right to the top with Expert for its 5x Score. But if you feel it’s too hard with your current characters’ levels, go with Hard. Below are the levels for the Thunder Manifestation on different Score Multipliers:
Easy – Level 40
Normal – Level 70
Hard – Level 90
Expert – Level 100

➥ For the combat conditions, choose the first 4 conditions at the lowest while the last 2 the highest. I recommend picking the last two on the highest because I don’t plan to use any Cryo or Dendro characters.
- Challenge Target Time: 240s
- Opponents’ Max HP increase: 25%
- Opponents’ ATK increase: 5%
- Opponents’ Pyro RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Cryo RES increase: 80%
- Opponents’ Dendro RES increase: 80%

➥ Lastly for the Additional Buffs, choose the first 2 only and avoid choosing the last one (unless you have a healer). Those two only increase the ATK of Thunder Manifestation, and by bringing a decent shielder + dodge, you should be able to survive much more easily.

➥ You will more often than not will be locked onto the Crackling Thunder Manifestation almost all the time, so if you don’t have any healers, your active character can easily die.

➥ For the Tempos, the one I choose is quite universal for almost all teams (and different elemental reactions). If you want to choose other Tempos that you think are better for your team, then feel free:
1. All party members’ ATK and DEF will be increased by 12%.
2. All party members’ Elemental Skill and Burst DMG will be increased by 15% within 6s after the current active character triggers an Elemental Reaction.
3. Character Movement SPD will be increased by 15% and Sprint Stamina consumption will be decreased by 15%.

➥ The team that I recommend is Pryo DPS + Hydro Sub DPS + Hydro Support + Shielder. This is why I choose the highest combat conditions for Cryo and Dendro (Both elements are not in the team).
➥ Initially, I use Hu Tao, and I still manage to complete the challenge. But Thunder Manifestation moves far too much for my liking, I’m sure Yoimiya will have a much easier time targeting it with her Normal Attacks.
➥ One last note, remember that Thunder Manifestation are inflicted with Electro from the start till the end, so you will trigger elemental reactions every time (unless you suddenly bring a Physical Team).

➥ You can destroy the Strike Probes on the field using Elemental Reactions (Pyro/Cryo is the best). This way, you won’t get locked too often by Thunder Manifestation.

➥ If you are surrounded by the Electro walls, just dash to I-frame through it and you won’t receive any damage (if timed correctly).

➥ After you complete the challenge, you can challenge yourself by choosing even higher combat difficulty and swapping your characters, etc. But remember that there will be no more rewards above 6000 Points.
2) Piety: Calamity of Blazing Steel

➥ Choose the combat difficulty below, which is the easiest (in my opinion) to score 6000 points and get all rewards:
- Difficulty Multiplier: Expert Score Multiplier
- Challenge Target Time: 240s
- Opponents’ Max HP increase: 25%
- Opponents’ ATK increase: 5%
- Opponents’ Cryo RES increase: 80%
- Opponents’ Electro RES increase: 80%
- Opponents’ Hydro RES increase: 20%

➥ For the Additional Buffs, you want the Drake to stay on the ground as much as possible, so choose the first two buffs only. This way, you can hit it much more easily if you bring melee DPS.

➥ For Tempos, choose the first one and the last two buffs for your team. You definitely want the increased Crit Rate and Crit DMG buffs because we need to hit its weak points a lot of time. And the team I suggest will have 3 elements in it so the last buff is the best.

➥ Yes, the team I recommend is still the same one as yesterday with Vaporize as the main Elemental Reactions. That’s why the Hydro RES I choose is only 20% while Cryo/Electro RES is at the max. The last character can be a shielder or a healer, but I lean more towards healer because even though the ATK buff we choose for it is only 5%, your character might still die from one shot if the HP is too low (speaking from experience here).

➥ During the challenge, every time you see a warning that ‘The Aeonblight Drake’s *Element* RES has increased…’ Make sure to always aim at the shining orange spot in the middle of its head to paralyze it for a few seconds and cancel that attacks. This won’t stop it from hovering, but at least it won’t have increased RES.

➥ Once Drake is hovering, you won’t be able to paralyze it with just one/twice by attacking its weak points unlike in the open world. Instead, in this event, Drake will have a white bar under its HP bar, indicating its hovering capability. Attacking its weak point once will only remove some of that white HP, so you need to attack the weak point multiple times (which consumes a lot of your remaining time, this is why we choose the lowest target time).
3) Shadow: Twined Dragonheirs

➥ Choose the combat difficulty below, which is the easiest (in my opinion) to score 6000 points and get all rewards:
- Difficulty Multiplier: Expert Score Multiplier
- Challenge Target Time: 240s
- Opponents’ Max HP increase: 25%
- Opponents’ ATK increase: 10%
- Opponents’ Hydro RES increase: 80%
- Opponents’ Pyro RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Dendro RES increase: 80%

➥ For the Additional Buffs, choose the last two only. The first one should be avoided in case you didn’t manage to defeat the two Vishaps at the same time (leading to the revived one having 75% HP). The second one should be doable (the last Vishap standing has increased damage) if you bring along a shielder. While the last additional buff is the one attack you should avoid at all costs when they unleash it, so it’s not a problem to choose this buff.

➥ The team I recommend would be the Xiao DPS team with Faruzan as Anemo buffer, Bennett as another buffer + healer, and Zhongli as shielder and also the pillar destroyer. Xiao is irreplaceable in this team because of his AoE Elemental Burst, but you can replace Faruzan with any other Anemo support you have (even better if they can give lots of particles).

➥ Similar to the Vishap boss in Enkanomiya, these two also have the Cleansing Shower skill that will make your characters lose their Energy. If the said character lacks sufficient Energy, they will lose HP instead. Since we include the additional buffs, this skill effect will be increased by 50% so try to avoid it at all costs, especially if your team’s main damage output is Burst (like the one I recommended). Remember that shield does NOT block this attack and your shielded character will still lose their Energy/HP if being hit by the Cleansing Shower attack.

➥ At one point, a Geo debris pillar will appear at the center of the arena. You can easily destroy them with either Geo attacks or Claymore attacks. Other than those two mentioned, you will have a hard time destroying it. Once the pillar is destroyed, the Vishaps will fall down and enter a weakened state so it’s the perfect timing to unleash all sorts of Elemental Burst you have.

➥ If you defeat only one of the Vishap and the other one is still alive, the dead one will enter a timer and will be revived with half of their HP if you didn’t manage to defeat the one that is still alive. IF you include additional buffs, the HP they regained will be 75% instead of 50%. This is why AoE DPS is much more beneficial here to kill both of them at the same time, or at least make sure both of the Vishap’s HP are almost the same amount.
4) Three-Realm Banquet of Stillness

➥ As you can guess, the last stage features all 3 enemies you’d fought previously, with rewards at a maximum of 8000 Points (instead of the usual 6k Points). There are no new mechanics for these enemies so all their movements are still the same as previous stages. The difference is you need to fight all of them back-to-back, with the chance to change your characters before moving to the 2nd and 3rd stages.
➥ Following are the combat difficulty that I choose. Remember that you can get all rewards at 8000 Points so that’s where I will stop:
- Difficulty Multiplier: Expert Score Multiplier x5
- Challenge Target Time: 800s
- Opponents’ Max HP increase: 25%
- Opponents’ ATK increase: 5%
- Opponents’ Pyro RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Cryo RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Dendro RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Electro RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Hydro RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Anemo RES increase: 20%
- Opponents’ Geo RES increase: 20%

➥ For the Additional Buffs, I choose the same one as the previous lone stages:
- Each Strike Probe on the field will increase the Crackling Thunder Manifestation’s ATK by 15%.
- After the Crackling Thunder Manifestation locks onto a character, its ATK will increase by 30%.
- When the Aeonblight Drake (Heavy Assault Pack) is in its aerial mode, its ATK will be increased by 30%.
- The first time its Energy Surge is successfully released, the Aeonblight Drake (Heavy Assault Pack)’s ATK will be increased by 30%.
- While the Booming Bathysmal Vishap Herd is one Vishap down, the other Vishap’s ATK will be increased by 40%.
- The Energy a character will lose after being hit by the Cleansing Shower from the Booming Bathysmal Vishap Herd will be increased by 50%.

➥ In this challenge, I go for the Nahida Hyperbloom team from the start till the end (with some Burgeon from Bennett). For Support, the two must-bring characters are Yelan and Zhongli.
➥ In Stage 1 against Thunder Manifestation, it’s the usual Hyperbloom team with Xingqiu’s Burst, Kuki’s Skill, and Nahida’s NA. Of course, don’t forget to charge up their Burst whenever possible (especially for Bennett) to make sure your character’s not dying.

➥ In Stage 2, switch your Xingqiu with Yelan so you have at least one Bow character. Whenever Aeonblight Drake is hovering, make sure to use Yelan’s Aimed Shot and attack its weak spot. Once it’s down and paralyzed, trigger the usual Hyperbloom reactions.

➥ For the last stage, switch Bennett to Zhongli so he can destroy the Geo debris pillar when it appears on the field. Keep an eye out for both Vishaps’ HP and try to make both of them have almost the same amount of HP before killing one of them, so you can immediately kill the other one right after the first one is down.
