PSA #1: Enablers are there to make your main DPS look cooler by “enabling” them to do more damage via elemental reactions. Elemental reactions scale off ELEMENTAL MASTERY

PSA #2: Both Fischl’s abilities scale off ATK. Slap on some damage to make things fry faster

Bird spawns and acts like a turret to zap nearby enemies


  1. Holding E lets you choose a summon spot. IT DOES DAMAGE SO SUMMON ON TOP OF ENEMIES
  2. Pressing E again lets you re-position the bird, allowing you SOME CONTROL over what it targets (it has a bird brain so it just hits w/e is closest)
  3. Shooting it with a charged shot makes the bird angry and makes it do big AoE damage (really good for electro proc in big crowds)
Spawn bird in big group and shoot it with a charge shot to disperse electro proc better. This is where some people prefer stacking CRIT DMG + CRIT% on Fischl to do big boom booms
Turns you into a big bird and zaps enemies you fly around. Can be used to sort of corral enemies. Extends your E’s duration. USE IT NEAR THE END OF YOUR E TO MAKE IT SIT THERE LONGER (Don’t stack E and Q. Use E, then Q after E ends/about to end)

IMPORTANT TIP: You can still take damage when you’re in the big bird form, so make sure you don’t recklessly use it. It has an insanely large AoE, so you can just fly around enemies (DON’T HAVE TO RUN THROUGH THEM TO DEAL DAMAGE!)

Smites enemies with strong electro damage (one of the reasons why Fischl is really good)

Talent Leveling Order: E > Q > Normal (This is because enabler Fischl is a turret support, where she doesn’t really stay in the field too much)

WEAPON #1 (Recommended for best DPS): Alley Hunter

How do I get it D: ? – It’s time to roll boys (gacha)

Has base ATK% scaling and buffs DMG by a butt load

Alley Hunter is essentially when your Fishcl is off-field, she charges up stacks. By the time she’s back on the field, her Oz will snapshot the damage bonus and do a lot more damage. It gets incredibly strong at R5, even beating some of the 5-star DPS outputs!

WEAPON #2 (Recommended for easy DPS): The Stringless

How do I get it D: ? – It’s time to roll boys (gacha)

Has base Elemental Mastery scaling and makes E and Q stronger (this affects Oz’s attacks from both source too!)

If you have Favonius Warbow, that’s also a great alternative to help generating a lot of energy. If you don’t have any of the bows mentioned above Prototype Crescent and Slingshot are also great placeholders as well

Just as a reminder: Sacrificial Bow does not reset Oz’s E from the E use itself, therefore useless

ARTIFACT #1 (Recommended for easy DPS): Pale Flame

How do I get it D: ? – : ? – Ridge Watch Domain (AR 30 locked, 20 Resin per run)

Oz basically keeps the ATK buff permanent!

The premise is simple: plop Oz down and watch your self get a butt load of ATK! The only tedious part is just making sure Fishcl has enough energy for her Q to refresh Oz’s placement in order to keep the buff up — which boosts the 2x bonus making it 50% Phys DMG bonus

If you’re running strictly enabler, then 2x Thundering + 2x Glad will still be fine!

ARTIFACT #2 (Recommended for Support): Gladiator’s + Thundering Fury

How do I get it D: ? – Gladitor’s Finale at any World Boss (40 Resin per run). Sojourner at Midsummer Courtyard Domain (AR 22 locked, 20 Resin per run)

Boosts Oz damage

Basically you just plop Oz down, wait for it to expire, then use your Q to bring Oz back up. You can also just start with Q, as the Oz it spawns also provides particles!

Main stats:


Substats: CRIT% > CRIT DMG > ATK > EM


I spend too much time filling out spreadsheets for incoherent data, but at least I can turn them into guides :P

    Would you also advise 4 pieces pale flame in co-op? Especially 4 player co-op?

    Or would another combination with thundering fury make more sense when there is character switching?

      4-set Pale can still work in co-op

          Technically? If your Fischl will just be the main character you’re playing (since it’s 4-man co-op), might as well run her semi-DPS with Compound. You would still be much better off with a Stringless though to keep Oz’s damage up

    I take it the PF’s 4-set effect is more consistent compared to Millelith’s because of its longer duration? (7s vs 3s)

      Practically yeah. Fischl can have long CD’s, especially if you’re not spacing your E and Q properly in rotation, so the extra duration of the buff can help gap that awkward timing.

          To clarify, Pale Flame only affects the character that has it equipped. Millelith affects the whole team.

            Then you should change the description because right now I think it’s a little misleading. It says “plop Oz down and watch your team just gain a buttload of ATK” which lead me to think the buff affects the team

    I fail to see how Pale Flame 4 is an upgrade over Thundering Fury 2 + Gladiator 2/Gambler 2.
    Could you explain the reasoning?

      Other than the raw different in stats between a 4-star and a 5-star artifact, the ATK buff benefits everything whereas Gambler is just 20% to her E.

      This is in light of Fishcl being a proponent main Phys DPS of course, but essentially 4x Pale Flame provides 18% ATK. At max stacks, it’s essentially doubled, so 36% ATK buff — that is going into everything (Normal attack, her E, her Q etc…). Gambler’s is only affecting her E, Gladiator’s 2x is just +18%, and 2x TF is only affecting Oz and her Q.

      So to summarize it, Pale Flame provides 36% (+ 25% Phys DPS to her NA) to everything, whereas something like 2x TF + 2x Gamblers only provides to certain things — meaning overall sustained DPS still is better with 4x Pale.

        Assuming I use only Oz and the Burst to place Oz again, so as Turret, would Pale Flame 4 still provide a 36% to everything and outperform Thundering Fury 2 + Gladiators 2? As those 2, Skill and Burst, are Electro dmg I am confused.

        Additionally I’m confused that it’s (Pale Flame 4) Recommended for Support as well instead for a Physical DPS or maybe Hybrid Fischl.

          It’s recommended as support it’s a skill that snapshots (since Oz isn’t dynamic and it takes stats from when it was activated). I should have clarified for enabler, 2x TF + 2x Glad will do better, whereas main DPS 4x Pale Flame is better (sorry about that, kind of mixed in a flurry of comments :P). Will update the guide soon!

        I think 4x Pale Flame full stack effect only doubles the 25% Phys Dmg (ie full effect is +18% Atk and +50% Phys Dmg), as it says “Once 2 stacks are reached, the 2-set effect is increased by 100%.” So it may not be 36% Atk. Would this change the TLDR build at all?

          Ah, no. It won’t change the build at all, and will still be her bis for DPS. For Enabler/support, still stick with 2x TF + 2x 18+ ATK sets!

      Compound Bow if you’re going to run her main Phys DPS. Otherwise the only other real option being Prototype Crescent (which isn’t bad for supp since all you have to do is hit a weak spot THEN place Oz)

      I also have the favonius warbow which is on Diona but I could trade. I have the 3 star bows as well.

      Alley Hunter or Stringless will do much better, since as support you aren’t really normal attacking as Fischl! Prototype Crescent also works, but you just need to hit a headshot (or weak point) before putting down Oz!

    what about Millelith 4p for support? sure you lose damage but you get a buff for the active character right? Since i am farming it for qiqi i am thinking of using it as an alternative since i am too lazy to farm thundering

      You would be better off running two +18% ATK sets at that point. 4x Millelith doesn’t provide enough stats for it to be viable for Fishcl off-field DPS. It’s even more lackluster if you’re not even running a shielder 🙁

      For supporting, less effective since you’re not really spending time normal attacking on field as Fischl. The idea of support Fishcl is to just plop down E/Q to keep Oz on the field, and that 100% bonus to the 2x effect (phys dmg) doesn’t affect that too much!
