Seirai Stormchasers: Seal The Warding Stones Complete Guide

Seirai Stormchasers is a four-part world quest on Inazuma’s Seirai Island, offering a generous amount of Primogems, Mora, Achievements and access to the Thunder Manifestation Boss necessary for ascending The Raiden Shogun (Baal) and Kujou Sara.
The quest appears after downloading Genshin Impact’s 2.1 Version Update as a commission from Katheryne at Inazuma’s Adventurers’ Guild. Travel to Inazuma City and speak with her to begin the quest. Wild storms impede the adventuring of the Guild.
Join Eiko and Taisuke on Seirai Island and bring the storms to an end.

Seirai Stormchasers Part I: Investigate The Warding Stone
Eiko is between Fort Hiraumi and Koseki Village at a small camp here:

Speak with her. She mentions seeing strange stone structures on the island they believe has something to do with the storms. Following the map, navigate to the cliff edge where Taisuke waits. He is by three paper charm hangers and a warding stone.
You won’t be able to interact with them yet.

Talk to Taisuke.
A strange number of cats have been seen around the wards. Although Eiko and Taisuke aren’t sure how it’s related to the storms, they ask you to follow the cat prints and see where they lead.
Go ahead and investigate the trail of green paws.

If you look at your map it indicates where to go with small yellow circles. The trails takes you through over a bridge and through a Fatui camp. Defeat the enemies and proceed. You’ll end up at Asase Shrine.

A talking cat, Neko, offers an exchange. Help her fix shrine’s Offering Box and she’ll teach you how the seals and stones work. You earn the achievement: “This one is a cat named Neko” when the dialogue ends.
Next, complete the following steps:
Check on the Offering Box | It’s in dire need of repairs. You need new materials to fix it. |
Go to Koseki Village | Travel to the location highlighted on the map. A band of Treasure Hoarders are up to no good. Fight them until they surrender. |
Go to the Treasure Hoarder Camp | Make your way to the new location, defeat the Hoarders and find three repair materials in the camp. |
Return to Asase Shrine | Fix the Offering Box and talk to Neko. |
Neko now shows you how to handle the Warding Stones and quell the storms.
Seal The Warding Stone
Go back to where Taisuke and Eiko wait.
Touch all three paper charm hangers. The gold barrier around them disappears. Next, take a look at the papers hanging from the sticks. Your job is to match those papers with the ones on the warding stone facing its direction. For example:

The paper is 1 and 2. On the stone, rotate the top and bottom until its paper is also 1 and 2. If it matches correctly to the charm hanger across from it, it glows orange. Once you succeed, a cut-scene triggers showing the first layer of storms beginning to recede.
Together with Eiko and Taisuke, carry on to find and seal the last three stones.
Seirai Stormchasers Part II: Go To Seal The Warding Stone
Navigate to the next location on your map.
As you arrive, Paimon notices there are only two paper charm hangers. Kairagi and samurai appear. Take them out first, then look at your map. The third charm hanger is on the other side of the stone ridge.

Use the Electrogranum close by and zip to where a second Electrogranum waits by the water. Now, use this Electrogranum and let it take you to the top of the rocks in the distance where a gate waits.

All you need to do is run through it. You turn into a ball of lightning and it lands you where the third paper charm hanger is. Touch the charm and return to where the other two remain.
Same as the sealing in Part I, match the papers on the hanger to the ones on the warding stone. Something to keep in mind, though. You don’t need to match the exact same-looking papers. Only the numbers.

The paper charm hanger above shows a pattern of two. As long as the papers on the warding stone add up to two, they can be in this 1 and 1 arrangement. This is good to keep in mind when it comes to sealing the next stone.
Talk to Eiko and bring Part II to an end.
Seirai Stormchasers Part III: Go To The Warding Stone’s Location
Meet Eiko and Taisuke on top the hill shown by the map.
The warding stone is nowhere in sight. Speak with them, then use the gate at the hilltop. Rotate it until it activates with purple energy. Just like the one in Part II, run into the gate and let it transform you into lightning.

You don’t need to navigate yourself. It will carry you exactly to where you have to go.
Using the second gate will take you back to Eiko and Taisuke. However, we’ll be utilizing the Electrogranum to the right to carry us further into the sky.

Continue to use the series of Electrogranums on the floating rocks. Eventually, it brings you to where the third warding stone, Teleport Waypoint, and one paper charm hanger is.
Activate the Teleport Waypoint.

Looking at the map, it indicates where the two remaining charm hangers are. Make use of the Electrogranums to take you to each location. Teleport back to the rock with the warding stone when you’re done.
Align the papers, and again, remember only the number of papers need to match, not its pattern.

Following the success of the third seal, touch the Electrogranum in front the warding stone and soar higher up into the darkening clouds.
Seirai Stormchasers Part IV: Continue Exploring

A number of Electrogranums on the floating rocks will guide you towards your destination.
Always look to go up. If the sky is near-black, you’re on the right path. As you get ascend, the rocks form a road. That road runs you towards a final Electrogranum which launches you to the Teleport Waypoint and last stone.

Touch the charms, match the papers and seal the stone.
A massive floating arena forms below. Prepare yourself for a tough battle. When you’re ready, glide down and touch the dome of cackling energy to summon the Thunder Manifestation.

The Thunder Manifestation possesses multiple AoE skills, teleportation, spinning slashes, swooping and targeted attacks that chase players around the field. It takes effort to make a close-range hit without it zipping out of range.
Freezing it with a Hydro and Cryo combo can be useful. Any long-range fighter, particularly a Pyro catalyst character like Yanfei, won’t have to hunt it down as much around the arena. Aiming is another story- and so is dodging- but once you beat the Thunder Manifestation, you can collect the rewards and move on.
Open the map. Continue investigating in the small yellow areas circled on it. Eventually, it takes you to a floating rock with two chests and an Electroculus.

In the first chest are several blueprints for Inazuma furniture, usable with the Serenitea Pot. There is also a Peculiar Pinion feather. Gather everything from both chests and congratulate yourself for all the hard work.
Report Back To Taisuke And Eiko
Neither Taisuke or Eiko know what the feather you found is. Eiko will suggest holding onto it and raising a commission at the Adventurers’ Guild about it. Taisuke will convince Eiko to come with him to see Neko at the Asase Shrine. The quest concludes and another achievement is gained.

You can now travel Seirai Island without being struck by lightning and fight the Thunder Manifestation whenever you’d like.
