Inazuma’s Yashiori is a war-torn island. While searching the land and solving quests, there is a chance you notice several tombstones next to lone swords. These are a part of a hidden achievement you get for paying your respects to the graves.
There are Six Tombs total.

First, collect Dendrobium. You need one for each tomb. Harvest six of the pink and red plant. Find them easily around the Maguu Kenki’s battlefield or on Nazuchi Beach.

Next, travel to the following spots on Yashiori Island.
Table of Contents
Nazuchi Beach Isle
From the Teleport Waypoint travel South. On a small isle an old man, Utsumi, wanders. Talk to him if you wish. He shares about the son he lost in battle and of the family his son will never have. Go up the grassy hill. The tomb sits on its ledge.

Fort Fujitou
This tomb is considerably hidden. Search closely by the bone structure rising from the cliffs of where Fort Fujitou is built. Offer a Dendrobium again.

The Cliffs Of Higi Village
Run West from the Teleport Waypoint closest to Higi Village. Jump right off the edge of the cliffs and drift to the coast underneath. The tomb is covered remarkably well by a tree and bunch of plants on a hill.

Serpent’s Head
To get to this tomb, solve the Serpent Stone Puzzle if you haven’t already. Drop through the opened gates to the ground underneath. Afterwards, defeat the Kairagi if it spawns. Following your win, place your Dendrobium at the grave.

Maguu Kenki
Find the tomb on a narrow cliff above the Maggu Kenki. It is covered by shrubbery on top a clutter of rocks. If there’s trouble finding it, use the Teleport Waypoint closest to the boss. Jump from the cliff and search the tiny strip of land.

Jakotsu Mine
This tomb is South of the Jakotsu Mine. From the Teleport Waypoint or high cliffs of the mine, glide across to the mini island. The grave overlooks the ocean.

With a somewhat somber feeling, the hidden achievement: They Shall Not Grow Old is yours.
