TCG Elemental Reactions

There are also various elemental reactions in TCG gameplay. Click here for the infographics for all available elements and detailed breakdown for all the damages.

Genius Invokation TCG in Genshin Impact is extremely similar to the gameplay in the open world, where we can trigger elemental reactions with certain effects. In TCG, we can use the same mechanics to deal loads of damage in one go! Here’s the full list of reactions and it’s damage to the opponents.

As I mentioned in the infographic, Anemo and Geo will only trigger elemental reactions on a target that is already affected by other elements (Pyro/Hydro/Cryo/Electro).

And if you’re wondering about Piercing DMG, it has the following properties:
1. Does not have an Elemental type.
2. Cannot be increased by any bonuses.
3. Cannot be defended against using Shields or DMG Immunity.
The last property is the best one as it can be used on opponents that use shields like Abyss Mage, Ice Shieldwall Mitarchurl, and others.
